An inspiration to amateur and professional runners alike, McDougall has forever changed the way we experience and enjoy running. (Our store manager was so moved by this book that she started WORD's weekly running group, which meets in front of the store every Sunday morning to run around Greenpoint!) McDougall will read, take questions, and sign books.
