Everyone's got one of those stories, the ones that just sum up what life in NYC is really like. Come by, crack a beer, and share yours--in five minutes or less. Use visual aids, props, whatever you need to tell it like it happened. There will be laughter, merriment, and the smug superiority that comes from having survived living in the best city on earth.

Chairmen of the Bored is a Brooklyn-based collective dedicated to putting on free events, bringing together folks who dig fun, new friendships, and high-fiving life. The four founding Chairmen met while participating in the WORD basketball league; literary basketball led to nerdy games nights which led to the subway-racing, scavenger-hunting, story-telling and nonsense-mongering that COTB is known for today.
