Editors Eva Talmadge and Justin Taylor will present The Word Made Flesh: Literary Tattoos from Bookworms Worldwide, a collection of more than 150 full-color photographs of human epidermis indelibly adorned with quotations and illustrations from Dickinson to Pynchon, from Shakespeare to Plath.
To celebrate the incredibly exciting fact that WORD manager Stephanie is in the book, we're encouraging everyone to contribute photos of their own literary tattoos! Drop them off at the store any time after October 1st and we'll put them on display up through the event. Facebook RSVP encouraged.
